Transformation Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid across Chicago, Boston, Thousand Oaks, New York, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Diego, or South San Francisco, United States. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

Salary: $200,000–$229,500 annually, plus potential cost-of-living adjustments, bonuses, relocation benefits, insurance, and retirement benefits.

What you will do

• Help clients make strategic choices and transform organizational models across commercial, marketing, clinical, medical affairs, analytics, and technology areas.
• Lead large-scale organizational change, transformation orchestration, capability development, and change enablement initiatives.
• Advise senior client executives, communicate interrelated business issues, and align stakeholders across functions.
• Structure client deliverables and supporting analyses in PowerPoint, including clear executive-level storytelling.
• Build senior client relationships, support business development, and provide thought leadership and innovation.
• Coordinate project execution, coach junior team members, and motivate project teams.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship is required.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field; a relevant PhD may also qualify.
• At least four years of post-MBA or PhD experience, or at least eight years of relevant management consulting experience without an MBA or PhD.
• Experience with strategic vision, organization design, capability development, talent strategy, change enablement, or transformation orchestration.
• Strong executive communication, client relationship management, problem-solving, business, and financial skills.
• Experience in the life sciences industry or related clinical, medical, or marketing functions, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
