Senior FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles across the full DACH P&L.
• Drive forecasting, variance analysis, performance management, and reconciliation across planning cycles.
• Support S&OP and commercial performance by translating operational and sales plans into financial forecasts.
• Coordinate month-end close activities, actual-versus-forecast reviews, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Analyze profitability, product launches, promotions, business cases, investments, and commercial initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, the GM, and CFO to improve planning processes and decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, Sales Controlling, Brand Controlling, or a related finance function.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, balance sheet dynamics, and US GAAP principles.
• Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, performance management, and commercial performance drivers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Fluent English required for operating in an international environment.

• Experience with SAP, SAP HANA, and Hyperion.
