Senior Financial Controller

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid working policy

Salary: €77,000–€92,000 gross per year, based on a 40-hour work week

What you will do

• Further develop the financial controlling system for the hirify.global Group with the Head of Controlling & BI, CFO, and Finance team.
• Own financial performance and profitability monitoring.
• Implement and support planning and forecasting tools.
• Support departments with financial planning, controlling, processes, customer relationships, and commercial questions.
• Develop financial KPIs and variance analyses to improve cost and revenue transparency.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting, budget plans, and short- and medium-term liquidity plans.

Requirements

• Degree in economics or business studies with a focus on accounting or finance, or comparable commercial training.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling.
• Experience establishing reporting and controlling processes and tools.
• Confident use of Excel and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Excellent English required; German is an advantage.
