What you will do

• Own plant controlling for the production site and provide transparency on costs, financial performance, and profitability.
• Analyze budget deviations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and define improvement measures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning for business decisions.
• Work with Production and Logistics to analyze cost structures, material flows, and value-chain efficiency.
• Monitor and develop production and financial KPIs.
• Optimize, standardize, and automate controlling processes.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in plant, production, or supply chain controlling in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Professional expertise in cost accounting, product costing, and financial management of a production site.
• Confident daily use of SAP and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive initiatives independently.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, new technologies, and data-driven controlling.
