What you will do

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct monthly reporting, performance analysis, and variance investigation.
• Manage month-end closing processes and validate financial data.
• Develop recurring financial reports and KPI dashboards.
• Automate reporting and forecasting processes using modern finance tools.
• Implement AI-driven solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Skills in Python.
• Experience with AI tools for finance automation.
• German language proficiency.
