Graduate FP&A Analyst (AI) (Financial Planning & Analysis, AI): Supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and performance analysis for an international e-pharmacy with an accent on financial data quality, reporting automation, and digital transformation. Focus on analyzing budget variances, building KPI dashboards, implementing FP&A tools, and applying AI-driven solutions to improve reporting and decision support.
Location: Cologne, Germany. Work from home may be arranged where office presence is not required, including up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.

What you will do
- Support budgets, forecasts, long-term financial plans, and ad hoc financial analyses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, performance analyses, management presentations, and KPI dashboards.
- Analyze actuals against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and identify business drivers.
- Support month-end closing by validating financial data and preparing management information.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Business Controlling teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Help automate and standardize FP&A processes, implement reporting tools, and apply AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Genuine interest in financial planning, business performance, data analytics, digital technologies, AI, and automation.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL.
- Skills in Python and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
- German language skills.
