Team Lead, Recruiting RPO

Salary: $80,640–$120,960 per year

What you will do

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background verification, and offer negotiation.
• Manage daily recruiting team operations, assign requisitions, support recruiter hiring and onboarding, and provide training and career development.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across diverse roles.
• Manage recruiting initiatives for assigned accounts and monitor submission volume, quality, KPIs, and client objectives.
• Coach team members through performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use recruitment data and analytics to improve efficiency, quality of hires, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including at least three years in staffing and recruiting.
• Experience managing recruiting teams or leading cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of recruiting techniques, talent sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and HR information systems.
• Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely while based in Pennsylvania, United States, with strong self-management and digital collaboration skills.
