Talent Acquisition Senior

Location: Minato-ku, Japan; hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites

What you will do

• Source, pre-screen, and attract candidates for experienced hiring opportunities.
• Manage recruiting requisitions in the applicant tracking system and coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to plan sourcing strategies, design interview processes, and provide consultative talent acquisition guidance.
• Build candidate networks through market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Report recruiting activity and results, collect stakeholder feedback, and improve recruiting processes.
• Lead knowledge-sharing activities and develop creative approaches to candidate experience, interview processes, and recruiting automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience across campus and professional hiring is preferred, though strong experience in either area will be considered.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, multitasking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Japan.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in professional services, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, or private equity.
• Advanced degree.
