Senior Technical Recruiter (Engineering)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $155,000–$205,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Provide strategic recruitment support based on a deep understanding of the business, culture, and hiring needs.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, candidate requirements, and structured interview processes.
• Advise hiring teams using recruiting metrics, market insights, and hiring best practices.
• Own passive talent sourcing strategies for engineering roles and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Design and optimize scalable recruitment programs and mentor teams on interviewing and candidate assessment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially supporting engineering roles in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, recruiting analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high-impact searches, competing priorities, and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and talent-market knowledge.
• Ability to coach hiring teams, build trust with candidates, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
