What you will do
- Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for engineering roles, from sourcing to offer closing.
- Partner with engineering managers to define role requirements and establish structured, inclusive interview processes.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive top-tier technical talent.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, using recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes and scalability.
- Design and refine hiring philosophies that align with company values and ambitious growth targets.
- Mentor hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate assessment, and decision-making frameworks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience specifically supporting engineering functions.
- Experience within early-stage, high-growth technology companies.
- Strong command of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored for highly competitive technical markets.
- Must be based in the United States.
