What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for engineering roles, from sourcing to offer closing.
• Partner with engineering managers to define role requirements and establish structured, inclusive interview processes.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive top-tier technical talent.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, using recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes and scalability.
• Design and refine hiring philosophies that align with company values and ambitious growth targets.
• Mentor hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate assessment, and decision-making frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience specifically supporting engineering functions.
• Experience within early-stage, high-growth technology companies.
• Strong command of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored for highly competitive technical markets.
• Must be based in the United States.
