What you will do
- Manage demand forecasts, inventory performance, and product portfolios to maintain product availability and reduce supply risks.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Global Supply teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Analyse supply chain performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and performance scorecards for business decision-making.
- Lead root-cause analysis, scenario planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support product lifecycle activities, business planning, system enhancements, and supply chain transformation projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP planning systems.
- Understanding of demand planning, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain performance metrics.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes, and work across cross-functional teams.
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand, a valid driver’s licence, national and international travel availability, and full COVID-19 vaccination are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Exposure to S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated industry.
