TL;DR
Vendor Replenishment Planner (Supply Chain/S&OP): Managing replenishment, supply risks, forecasting, and inventory for Away From Home and Export operations with an accent on stakeholder coordination, KPI reporting, and service-level performance. Focus on resolving delivery issues, improving supply chain processes, and driving cost improvement projects.

Location: Freshwater, based out of Melbourne; hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Full working rights in Australia are required.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships between S&OP and Commercial functions for Away From Home and Export.
  • Align service levels, forecasting, and inventory management with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage daily supply risks and resolve service issues to support full and on-time order delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
  • Monitor and report KPIs while maintaining data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Improve supply chain processes and deliver cost improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and support critical decision-making.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, and replenishment processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.

Nice to have

  • Previous FMCG or retail experience in a supply or demand role.
