Logistics Specialist (SAP Experience Required) - Lane Cove West

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including imports and exports, and proactively resolve delivery issues.
• Manage high-value shipments ranging from AUD $20 to AUD $1 million.
• Maintain inventory integrity through stocktakes, cycle counts, demo unit tracking, documentation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet safety, trade, regulatory, audit, and hirify.global Business System requirements.
• Support 5S practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and large ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of import/export and trade compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and safely lift, move, or carry equipment.
• Ability to travel occasionally for supplier, freight forwarder, or company site visits; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the medical device industry.
• 3PL management experience.
• Dangerous Goods Handling license for air and sea freight.
