Purchasing Administrator (Medtech)

What you will do

• Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers.
• Monitor incoming deliveries, order progress, and estimated delivery dates.
• Work with the Operations team and vendors to resolve short, incorrect, or damaged supplies.
• Maintain inventory levels and review stock trends to support customer requirements.
• Assist with stock planning and identify excess or slow-moving inventory.
• Communicate supplier updates, pricing changes, and product information to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in administration, purchasing, inventory, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders using active listening, tenacity, and a collaborative approach.
