Logistics & Distribution Manager, ANZ (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage local supply chain operations delivered by third-party providers across Australia and New Zealand, covering warehousing, transportation, inventory control, and reverse logistics.
• Execute supply chain and fulfilment strategy through daily operational planning, scalable capabilities, and reliable service delivery.
• Oversee 3PL warehouse, transportation, goods receipt, goods return, stock availability, expiry management, and customer issue resolution.
• Coordinate distributors, 3PLs, and 4PL partners through scorecards, KPI reviews, business reviews, automation initiatives, and improvement programs.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, productivity, working-capital improvements, and supply chain P&L performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while collaborating with Commercial, Finance, QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Planning, and APAC Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
• Experience leading warehousing and transport operations and managing end-to-end supply chain activities across linehaul, warehousing, and final-mile delivery.
• Experience developing teams, managing vendors, monitoring service and financial performance, and conducting MBR/QBR sessions.
• Knowledge of EHS legislation, Quality Management Systems, and ISO 9001; experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical ability, financial acumen, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, logistics, or transport management systems and strong computer literacy.
