Senior Manager Global Procurements-Corporate and Professional Services

Salary: US pay rate: $72,930–$119,000 per year; UK pay rate: £52,000–£62,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own multi-year category strategies for travel, translation, insurance, cash, HR services, and other corporate and professional services.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives from market engagement and RFx through evaluation, negotiation, award, and implementation.
• Develop resilient supplier pools through framework agreements, pre-qualified panels, strategic partnerships, and regional or global coverage models.
• Manage supplier performance, business reviews, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and innovation opportunities.
• Partner with People & Culture, Safety & Security, Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and country programs on procurement decisions and travel duty-of-care requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement records and use spend, contract, savings, risk, and performance data to support transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• CIPS Level 4 or higher, or an equivalent procurement qualification.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible procurement experience, including category management and strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing, multi-supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract awards.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, stakeholder-influence capabilities, and written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Category experience in travel, insurance, HR/BPO, language services, or related corporate and professional services.
• Procurement experience in an NGO or nonprofit environment and familiarity with donor compliance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Spanish or Arabic.
