Associate - Strategic Source to Contract - Procurement Services

Location: Remote, with the role listed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, excluding potential performance-based bonuses, incentive pay, or commissions.

What you will do

• Deliver strategic sourcing services through RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes while managing multiple simple and intermediate projects.
• Validate sourcing requests, identify missing requirements, conduct due diligence, and communicate with client requesters.
• Prepare bid packages and publish them to suppliers using an eSourcing tool.
• Research suppliers, follow up to ensure participation, analyze proposals, and present concise summaries to clients.
• Maintain project folders, spend and savings documentation, status updates, and other project records.
• Support peer reviews, spend analysis, supplier performance management, and contract administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Source-to-contract experience, contract negotiation skills, process project management, and effective communication.
• Experience requirements are listed as 3–5 years in a related field and at least 6 years in procurement and sourcing.
• Deep understanding of at least two sourcing categories and working knowledge of an additional 5–10 categories.
• Ability to work independently, remain resourceful, self-driven, and adapt to changing requirements.
