Sr. Manager, Store Construction Procurement

Location: New York, New York, USA (Corporate Headquarters)

Base pay range: $115,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead procurement strategy for store construction, design, and architecture categories across new stores, remodels, relocations, and rollouts.
• Own sourcing initiatives, RFx events, bid analysis, supplier recommendations, negotiations, and final awards.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, supplier consolidation, and other procurement value initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts with general contractors, architects, millworkers, fixture suppliers, installers, and related vendors.
• Present sourcing strategies, savings opportunities, and business cases to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead procurement workstreams, improve sourcing processes, and coach procurement team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, store construction, store development, architecture, construction services, or related categories.
• Experience with construction procurement categories including contractors, architectural services, materials, fixtures, furniture, millwork, lighting, flooring, installations, and related services.
• Demonstrated negotiation, contract management, commercial judgment, supplier management, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities in spend analysis, bid evaluation, business case development, and executive-ready reporting.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing procurement professionals and cross-functional teams; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Deep store construction, store development, or architecture/procurement category expertise.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, manufacturing processes, quality management, shop drawings, and store construction execution.
• Experience creating structure and scaling procurement support across a high-volume project pipeline.
