Salary: $89,400–$129,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute category plans using market analysis, spend analysis, and cost modeling.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Lead complex, cross-functional sourcing initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Negotiate enterprise-level agreements and manage renewals, terms, and issue resolution across the contract lifecycle.
• Build supplier criticality frameworks and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with executive sponsors.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and build consensus across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or complex procurement involving large-scale enterprise agreements.
• Expert ability to build cost models, conduct market research, and translate data into actionable business findings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to influence leadership and manage difficult supplier discussions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining project timelines.
