What you will do

• Independently lead the development and execution of category plans using data-driven insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Lead complex, cross-functional sourcing initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Manage enterprise-level agreement negotiations and the full contract lifecycle.
• Develop supplier criticality frameworks and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on category priorities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or complex procurement.
• Expert-level ability to build cost models and translate market research into actionable findings.
• Strong communication skills to influence leadership and manage difficult negotiations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
