What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop local Plant Operations Technology teams.
• Manage priorities, workloads, and resources across manufacturing and distribution facilities.
• Oversee support for scanners, tablets, printers, mobile devices, labeling systems, and shop-floor workstations.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and external vendors to resolve incidents and improve service delivery.
• Lead local deployments of operational technology and infrastructure solutions, including testing, training, adoption, and go-live activities.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve productivity, technology reliability, and the associate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, operational technology, or infrastructure environments.
• Prior experience leading teams, projects, or technical resources.
• Experience supporting endpoint technologies such as scanners, mobile devices, printers, and labeling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and supporting technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, PLC-connected environments, or industrial technologies.
• Knowledge of endpoint management platforms and device deployment processes.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or related certifications.
