What you will do

• Supervise employees across assembly, inspection, testing, final testing, and related production operations.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track performance metrics, conduct milestone meetings, and improve cycle time and operational results.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Plan and optimize production capacity while monitoring manufacturing processes and real-time performance data.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, process improvement, and corrective-action initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience applying procedures and concepts within the relevant job family and basic knowledge of related functions.
• Formal supervisory experience, including setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using judgment.
• Ability to develop personnel, manage performance, conduct hiring and selection activities, and administer rewards and discipline.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and work in tight or noisy spaces.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment and work in a clean room when necessary.
