Tool Install Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at hirify.global's Ocotillo Campus in Chandler, Arizona, United States. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Annual salary: $140,220–$234,950 USD.

What you will do

• Lead complex tool installation, conversion, and de-installation programs from design through execution.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, suppliers, and operational performance across multiple semiconductor facility projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, stakeholders, contractors, engineering firms, and specialized trade partners.
• Oversee programs with annual expenditures of $500 million to $1 billion and contractor workforces of 2,000 to 6,000 contingent workers.
• Support new fab modules, factory conversions, technology development, and strategic facilities projects without disrupting factory operations.
• Improve tool installation productivity, supplier performance, construction execution, ramp efficiency, and workforce development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 9+ years of leadership experience in tool install, design, engineering, construction, or module management; or 12+ years of relevant strategic leadership or program management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Direct experience supporting semiconductor factory tool installation ramps.
• Experience managing large-scale operations, programs, and capital projects.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence and lead across highly matrixed organizations, with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandler, Arizona, and travel or relocate as business needs require.

Nice to have

• MBA or PhD with expertise in program management and tool install or qualification ramp execution.
• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and semiconductor facility systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
