Location: St. Paul, Minnesota, United States; candidates near other hirify.global offices may also be considered. The role includes approximately 25% travel to customer sites.

Salary: USD $87,984–$169,665.60 per year, plus potential participation in an annual discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

  • Lead the OMS workstream on ADMS implementation projects and coordinate with technical leads, project managers, and other workstream leads.
  • Lead engineers working on OMS configuration, including SOM, Crew Management, ETRs, Field Mobility, and related modules.
  • Run OMS workshops with customers, vendors, and third parties and contribute to requirements, planning, and technical dependency management.
  • Support operational planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and cutover for OMS systems.
  • Prepare design documentation, conduct system and acceptance testing, and ensure solutions meet contractual requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, integrate third-party systems, and travel to customer sites for delivery, testing, and integration.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of direct experience working with OMS systems and associated modules.
  • Experience with products from at least one major ADMS/OMS vendor, such as GE, Aspen Tech/OSI, ABB, Schneider Electric, or Oracle NMS.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end OMS processes, including outage management, dispatching, switching, field mobility, and integrations.
  • Understanding of ADMS platforms, Distribution Control Center operations, and collaboration with operators and dispatchers.
  • Strong OT systems background with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and adapt to new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
