What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and monitor Mission Critical Services platforms to ensure availability, performance, and resilience.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, containers, virtualised infrastructure, networking, and telecommunications systems.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, upgrades, patches, configuration updates, and feature deployments.
• Work with engineering teams, vendors, and customers to diagnose issues and deliver permanent resolutions.
• Support operational readiness, service acceptance, technical documentation, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical subject-matter expertise and participate in on-call and out-of-hours support.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Mission Critical Services technologies, including MCPTT, MCData, and MCVideo.
• Knowledge of 4G LTE Evolved Packet Core and 5G Standalone Core technologies.
• Understanding of subscriber management, mobility, policy control, quality of service, and end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Experience with VMware Telco Cloud Platform and strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised applications.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and IP networking fundamentals, including routing and switching.
• Experience supporting business-critical or mission-critical services and using Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
