What you will do

• Maintain the End User Compute infrastructure supporting approximately 7,500 devices.
• Resolve complex customer 3rd-line issues and provide 2nd-line support when required.
• Manage endpoint compliance, security patching, application upgrades, and service-level commitments.
• Plan and implement complex changes across products and solutions with sustained service delivery.
• Investigate problems through root cause, analyze service health, and implement improvement actions.
• Produce technical support documentation, review service transition materials, and collaborate with internal, external, and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Microsoft Azure experience managing users, devices, and groups.
• ITIL Foundation accreditation.
• Microsoft Intune experience with device and policy management.
• Active Directory experience with Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, manage competing workloads, and deliver against SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong customer focus, logical problem-solving ability, and effective stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• SCCM experience with deployments, packaging, patching, reporting, and upgrades.
• Windows 10 troubleshooting and support across a large EUC estate.
• Windows Defender compliance management and PowerShell scripting.
• Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator or Messaging Administrator certifications.
• SCCM-related training or qualifications.
