Associate Network Analyst

Location: On-site at the hirify.global office in Basingstoke, United Kingdom, with daily office attendance required. Alternating shifts: 3 days per week / 5 days per week from 07:00 to 18:00 UK Time.

What you will do

• Monitor the Global Network Operations Centre for network, hardware, client, and circuit events.
• Detect, mitigate, notify, and escalate issues that may affect client connectivity and transaction quality.
• Follow documented support procedures and manage incidents through resolution or shift handover.
• Track, update, and resolve incident, change, and problem tickets with accurate documentation.
• Prioritize incidents and coordinate internal support groups based on criticality and client service-level exposure.
• Use hirify.global-proprietary and industry-standard monitoring and response tools, including technologies supporting SD-WAN, cloud, and payment services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of work experience for the Associate level.
• Basic understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud technology.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on login experience with Cisco and Juniper network devices.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or another incident and change management system.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, prioritization, time-management, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, AWS, or ITIL certification.
• Experience with network automation, especially Python or Ansible.
• Previous experience in Network Operations.
