What you will do

• Support strategy and lifecycle planning for Radio and Satellite technologies, services, and supporting infrastructure.
• Help deliver technology roadmaps aligned with investment, obsolescence, capacity, resilience, and customer demand.
• Monitor service performance, availability, operational health, risk, and resilience, using data to identify improvement priorities.
• Support supplier and contractual performance management across delivery, cost, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate service improvement, problem management, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and demand forecasting.
• Prepare governance reports that translate complex technical issues into clear decisions and actions for operational and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Understanding of platform and technical operations in complex environments.
• Experience with service performance, availability, reliability, resilience, risk, and problem management.
• Knowledge of supplier and commercial management, budget planning, forecasting, and financial governance.
• Understanding of engineering change governance, operational assurance, cybersecurity, vulnerability, compliance, and risk remediation.
• Experience with capacity planning, demand forecasting, performance analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical and platform outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications, networks, infrastructure, or other critical technology systems.
• Platform or service lifecycle management experience in a complex operational environment.
• Knowledge of Radio, Satellite, transmission, network management systems, or critical national infrastructure.
• Relevant technical, service management, commercial, project, or risk qualification, or equivalent experience.
