Citrix Support Engineer (Citrix)

Location: Birmingham – Three Snowhill or Manchester – New Bailey, United Kingdom; regular office-hours shifts with out-of-hours and on-call support for 24/7 services

What you will do

• Monitor, administer, and maintain Citrix, AOVPN, Zscaler Clientless, and other Remote Access platforms.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Handle incidents, restore services, investigate root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
• Plan and deliver changes, deployments, patching, proof-of-concepts, migrations, and infrastructure modernisation in live environments.
• Manage AOVPN configurations, Zscaler Clientless policies, access controls, authentication mechanisms, and user connectivity services.
• Collaborate with end users, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams while maintaining operational documentation and support procedures.

Requirements

• Windows operating system administration is mandatory.
• Citrix administration experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Ability to participate in regular office-hours shifts, out-of-hours support, and on-call responsibilities.
