Head of Product (AI)

What you will do

• Own product strategy planning and translate company strategy into a prioritised roadmap.
• Drive user activation, retention, expansion, and revenue across the product and service portfolio.
• Partner with commercial and customer success teams to understand the market and improve net revenue retention.
• Own go-to-market activities, including positioning, enablement, launches, signup, and adoption of new features.
• Champion AI-native research, prototyping, development, and quality evaluation.
• Lead the product team through operating rhythms, hiring, role design, coaching, and direct feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years leading product managers.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and portfolio, with accountability for business results.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with a subscription or renewal model.
• Commercial, strategic, and technical judgement, with credible delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and evaluating the quality of AI products.
• Excellent English required; Dutch or German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, mental well-being, or another regulated sector.
• Familiarity with services delivered by people as well as software.
• Commercial or general management experience alongside product.
