Head of Product (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam or Sofia

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and delivery for the assigned area to grow users’ adoption of hirify.global products.
• Ensure growth and safety develop together, embedding fraud prevention, compliance and quality into products.
• Build an AI-first product organization by leading Product Owners and Team Leads.
• Redesign the product function around AI agents instead of adding headcount by default.
• Represent product with the management board, regulators, auditors and partners.

Requirements

• Experience leading a technical product organization, with the ability to remain hands-on when needed.
• Product leadership experience in a regulated financial services setting.
• Understanding of payments and fraud, supported by data analysis skills and engineering depth.
• Experience working with regulators and across multiple markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at management-board level.
• AI fluency at AI Architect level, including designing AI-native systems rather than only using AI tools.
