Growth Product Manager (AI Monetization)

What you will do

• Own predicted revenue per app install and web-funnel visitor.
• Run end-to-end monetization experiments involving paywall placement and design, pricing, packaging, offers, trials, and subscription flows.
• Identify opportunities across activation and retention when they offer the fastest path to increased revenue.
• Maintain a continuous testing pipeline by sizing opportunities, prioritizing expected revenue impact, and preparing upcoming experiments.
• Write concise specifications covering triggers, A/B test design, and decision rules, and maintain records of hypotheses and results.
• Partner with user acquisition, web, brand, data, product, engineering, and the CEO to connect monetization insights with growth and pricing decisions.

Requirements

• Most of your product career must have focused on monetization of consumer products.
• Track record of owning and improving monetization metrics such as ARPU, LTV, conversion, and trial-to-paid.
• At least one original monetization idea developed from first principles.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and making ship-or-kill decisions based on results.
• Strong analytical skills, including independently checking data, sizing audiences, and distinguishing reliable results from misleading charts.
• Ability to move ideas from specification to live implementation and measurement quickly.
• Current use of AI tools for research, specifications, analysis, and day-to-day productivity.
• Ability to take an early position in concise written form.
• Fluent English and ability to write specifications without requiring rewriting.

Nice to have

• Experience monetizing a B2C subscription app, especially a product whose value is difficult to explain in one line.
• Deep familiarity with mobile monetization and experimentation tools, including paywall and pricing tooling, Amplitude, attribution or MMP setup, feature flags, and server-side testing.
• Experience with AI-native products or emotionally engaging consumer apps in social, communication, relationship, or entertainment domains.
• Experience with web-to-app funnels in addition to in-app monetization.
• Experience as an early or sole monetization owner who built a testing process from scratch.
