Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own key parts of hirify.global Air in hirify.global IDEs from problem framing and discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Define and refine agentic workflows for task delegation, session monitoring, steering, and code review.
• Model complex user flows, system states, permissions, and integration schemes to guide engineering and design decisions.
• Maintain a transparent roadmap balancing rapid improvements with long-term strategic investments.
• Define telemetry, design experiments, analyze product data, and make evidence-based roadmap decisions.
• Study developer use of AI agents, collaborate with the Agent Client Protocol ecosystem and partners, and address governance, privacy, and control requirements with enterprise sales and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager or in a similar role.
• Strong technical grounding in software development workflows, including IDEs, Git, code review, CI/CD, and package management.
• A hands-on technical background sufficient for close collaboration with software and ML engineers.
• Understanding of AI and agent concepts, including tool use, MCP/ACP protocols, context retrieval, evaluations, and latency/cost trade-offs.
• Ability to write SQL or Python independently to analyze product metrics and experiment results.
• Systems-thinking ability to break down complex architectures, workflows, and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience using coding agents and clear perspectives on the strengths and limitations of current AI tools.
• Strong product intuition for complex technical user experiences and developer workflows.
• Clear, concise, collaborative communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and align diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating fast-changing technical landscapes with high ambiguity.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
