Lead Product Manager for PHA (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands, with 8 office days per month. Candidates may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and timelines for a SaaS product area.
• Conduct market and user research to inform product features and strategy.
• Define product requirements and specifications, and collaborate with design and development teams on product alignment.
• Manage feature enhancements, beta testing, user feedback, product launches, and post-launch activities.
• Monitor product performance, identify product-related risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to product vision and strategic planning while working with regional owners across all regions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in defining and documenting complex product needs in a SaaS delivery model.
• Experience conducting thorough market research to drive product strategy.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed product roadmaps.
• Skill in interpreting and using data for informed decisions and managing related communication.
• Basic proficiency in UX/UI design principles and user experience.
• Ability to manage tasks and milestones using project management tools.
• Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements and constraints effectively.
• Expertise in using AI in development analysis and specification, creating AI-supported clickable examples for customers, and understanding the use of agentic agents in a business context.
