Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve ElevenCreative product through onboarding, activation, upgrade moments, and partnerships with growth, lifecycle, and pricing teams.
• Scope and define major product bets across image, video, music, agents, editing, and multi-step creative workflows.
• Use product data and user behavior to identify opportunities, define clearly scoped projects, and measure activation, engagement, retention, and paid conversion.
• Drive adoption of newer experiences such as agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the broader platform.
• Work closely with engineering and design to ship quickly, mock up early concepts, and iterate based on data.
• Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches, and regularly speak with creators and marketers to bring user insights into product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products.
• Track record of improving growth and adoption metrics through shipped products.
• Deep familiarity with the creative space and with creators and marketers who use creative tools.
• Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end.
• Design-minded approach, a high bar for product quality and user experience, and ability to create mockups independently.
• Technical fluency to work deeply with engineers on implementation details and trade-offs.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using product analytics tools to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on data.
• Ability to drive projects fully from ownership through delivery rather than handing them off after writing a specification.
• Curiosity about AI and creative tools, with close attention to developments in the space.
