Sr Scrum Master - Remote US

Location: Remote within the United States

Annual base salary: $100,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple software development teams.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and coach teams in self-organization and accountability.
• Manage Azure DevOps boards, analyze productivity data, track roadmaps, and promote automation.
• Manage team capacity, resource allocation, constraints, and utilization.
• Coordinate project goals, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and changing priorities with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between technical delivery teams, Product Owners, Technical Writers, and other stakeholders while providing progress updates and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry or relevant experience, typically including 1+ years in an associate-level role or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle models and agile and traditional project management practices.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development projects.
• Experience overseeing multifunctional teams of 10–15 members, including developers, business analysts, and QA personnel.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote work setups.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
• Experience with a Project Portfolio Management tool.
