TL;DR
Scrum Master III (Scrum/Kanban): Guiding and coaching Scrum teams and the organization in applying Agile values, Scrum, and Kanban practices with an accent on team maturity, impediment removal, backlog management, and stakeholder communication. Focus on facilitating Scrum events, building self-organized teams, coaching Product Owners, and driving continuous improvement through influence and collaboration.
Location: Arlington, Texas, United States. Hybrid arrangement with two onsite days on Tuesday and Wednesday and three remote days per week.

What you will do
- Guide and coach Scrum teams and the organization in applying Agile values, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
- Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher levels of effectiveness and self-organization.
- Remove impediments, protect teams from external interference, and create a safe environment for problem-solving.
- Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Kanban activities.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, transparency, and alignment with business value.
- Improve internal and external communication while driving continuous improvement through influence and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 4–6 years of experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master.
- Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Required Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I, or PMI-ACP.
- Advanced coaching, mentoring, communication, negotiation, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with product and sprint backlog tracking, burndown metrics, and velocity.
- Employment sponsorship is not available, including H-1B, TN, L1, and OPT visa types.
Nice to have
- PSM II or A-CSM certification.
- PSM III or CSP-SM certification.
- Proficiency with TFS, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of ’s business and the ability to apply critical thinking to day-to-day problems.
