TL;DR
Scrum Master (Agile/SAFe): Facilitating Scrum and ART ceremonies while coaching distributed teams, managing dependencies, and supporting delivery of TransUnion products and solutions with an accent on Lean-Agile transformation, program governance, and delivery metrics. Focus on removing impediments, coordinating value streams, improving cross-team processes, and driving PI Inspect & Adapt.
Location: Remote - Ontario, with in-person work at an assigned office at least two days per week
Salary: $89,000–$123,000 annually

What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ART events, and PI Inspect & Adapt sessions.
- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean Thinking, and Systems Thinking.
- Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate collaboration across value streams.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization while helping ensure timely value delivery.
- Track team and ART performance using delivery metrics, KPIs, velocity, and burndown reporting.
- Drive Lean-Agile transformation, program governance, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of applicable business experience in information technology and the risk industry; credit or financial services experience is preferred.
- Scrum Master certification and 8+ years of experience working with and coaching Scrum teams.
- 3–5 years of software application delivery experience, including Agile delivery with globally distributed teams.
- Experience with Scrum, XP, Kanban, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong application delivery, facilitation, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Nice to have
- Additional Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, CSP, PMI-ACP, SA, SPC, RTE, SSM, or SASM.
- Lean Portfolio Management facilitation experience at program, portfolio, or executive level.
- Experience with Tempo Time reporting, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Experience creating team- and ART-level delivery metrics and supporting enterprise-scale Agile transformation.
