Project Manager, Scrum Master II (AI)

Location: Hybrid work for candidates local to the Boston, MA or Hingham, MA offices.

Salary: $116,820–$142,780 per year, plus eligibility for variable pay.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives.
• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, developers, architects, engineering teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies using project management tools.
• Coordinate with IT, Data Science, DevOps, and business teams to resolve impediments and maintain alignment.
• Support change management through training materials, readiness sessions, adoption support, and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a high school degree or equivalent is the minimum requirement unless otherwise noted.
• Experience managing complex technology projects and translating technical challenges into actionable plans.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement as a candidate local to the Boston or Hingham, Massachusetts offices.

Nice to have

• Direct experience managing automation or Generative AI projects.
• Experience with Jira and Clarizen.
• PMP or Certified Professional in Managing AI (CPMAI) certification.
