Project Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 per year, plus benefits and stock options.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, coordinating data loading, application and tenant configuration, SFTP connectivity, and training environments.
• Coordinate Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, Delivery Directors, and customer stakeholders to keep delivery activities sequenced and on schedule.
• Manage project and program plans across multiple accounts, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, risks, issues, and actions.
• Own JIRA-based delivery tracking, including ticket intake, grooming support, prioritization, and sprint or Kanban board maintenance.
• Maintain dashboards, RAID logs, scorecards, delivery trackers, and other governance artifacts.
• Prepare customer and internal status reports, performance reviews, and quarterly business review materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent customer or product delivery programs end-to-end.
• Experience with data loading or ingestion, application or tenant configuration, SFTP setup, and training, UAT, or production environment provisioning.
• Hands-on JIRA experience, including ticket intake, grooming, prioritization, and sprint or Kanban board management.
• Experience with Agile delivery, governance artifacts, customer-facing meetings, reporting, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• B.S. or B.A. in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, biopharma data, or cloud-based data platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC, or HITRUST requirements.
• Experience standardizing governance templates and processes across multiple accounts.
