Project Manager (Hybrid)

Salary: $109,980–$120,100 annually

What you will do

• Lead projects from initial concept through implementation, transition, and operational handoff.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate dependencies across business units, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Lead legacy title plant modernization, including data conversion, migration planning, testing, cutover, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate Universal Record platform initiatives, enhancement requests, release schedules, and downstream impact assessments.
• Act as Scrum Master and delivery lead for OCR Manufacturing, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating releases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience leading business and technology initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices, including backlog management, release planning, and Agile metrics.
• Understanding of data conversion, data migration, data warehousing, and datamart concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with title, property, data, records, or information management environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Experience with reporting, dashboard, collaboration, and workflow management platforms.
