SIOP & Sourcing Manager (Global Apparel) (Supply Chain): Leading demand planning, SIOP, global sourcing, production, and quality operations for hard goods and soft goods manufactured across international markets with an accent on inventory strategy, supplier performance, and product availability. Focus on balancing demand forecasts with supply capabilities, negotiating supplier terms, managing quality and social compliance, and preparing the organization for an SAP ERP transition.
Location: Rigby, Idaho, USA; full-time hybrid work with in-office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Relocation assistance is available to non-local candidates.

Teton Outfitters develops and distributes apparel, helmets, goggles, and accessories through powersports brands including KLIM and 509.
What you will do
- Lead the SIOP process across demand forecasts, inventory strategies, sourcing plans, supply capabilities, and business priorities.
- Develop global sourcing and production strategies covering supplier performance, availability, cost, lead times, and capacity.
- Lead and develop on-site, remote, and international employees and contractors across planning, sourcing, production, and quality.
- Analyze supply chain, inventory, spend, pricing, and operational data using NetSuite, business intelligence tools, and dashboards.
- Manage supplier scorecards, negotiations, contracts, delivery risks, quality expectations, and supply continuity.
- Drive quality management and continuous improvement through Lean methods, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and KPIs while preparing for an SAP ERP transition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 10 years of supply chain experience in apparel or consumer products, including overseas contract manufacturing.
- At least 5 years of experience building, leading, and developing teams.
- Experience leading SIOP, global sourcing, overseas production, supplier relationships, and contract manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of supplier- and manufacturing-environment quality assurance and quality control principles, plus experience with enterprise systems and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work full-time in Rigby, Idaho, within the stated hybrid schedule; occasional international travel is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
