Manager, SIOP-PS

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the office in Kohler, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $107,650–$137,150 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP and demand-planning process across Power Systems product lines and regions.
• Manage a team of demand planners and develop rolling 24-month demand plans for industrial and data-center-driven demand.
• Establish forecasting methodologies, governance, and accountability while improving forecast accuracy and bias metrics.
• Oversee statistical baseline forecasts and consensus demand plans for highly configurable products in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Lead monthly Executive SIOP Reviews and translate constrained and unconstrained demand into revenue forecasts with Finance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Planning on demand scenarios, risks, opportunities, systems, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning, SIOP, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and demand analytics.
• Advanced analytical, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, or similar systems.
• Experience in configurable or engineered-to-order product environments is preferred.
