Global Sourcing Manager (Apparel): Developing multi-season sourcing strategies for Outerwear and Technical Apparel across regions, vendors, and capabilities with an accent on vendor segmentation, regional optimization, risk management, and responsible sourcing. Focus on translating financial and operational objectives into sourcing decisions, modeling cost and risk trade-offs, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Location: Hybrid role based near Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite four days per week. International travel of up to 15% is required.

What you will do
- Develop category-level and multi-season global sourcing strategies for Outerwear and Technical Apparel.
- Translate long-range business plans into sourcing direction across regions, vendors, and capabilities.
- Lead vendor segmentation, allocation, regional optimization, and capability development strategies.
- Analyze trade, geopolitical, macroeconomic, cost, margin, speed, and supply risks to recommend sourcing adjustments.
- Advise Product, Planning, Finance, Quality, Compliance, and regional partners on sourcing trade-offs.
- Build sourcing frameworks, tools, best practices, and process improvements while mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience with mastery of relevant technical or business skills.
- Experience developing and influencing sourcing strategy across regions or product categories.
- Deep knowledge of global manufacturing, costing, and vendor capability evaluation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and influence-without-authority skills.
- Working knowledge of global trade environments, compliance standards, and sourcing risks.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing and constructing Outerwear and Technical Apparel.
- Experience with vendor segmentation, consolidation, or capability development.
- Familiarity with sourcing analytics, planning tools, and scenario modeling.
- Understanding of sustainability frameworks and responsible sourcing practices.
- Experience leading sourcing transformation or process improvement initiatives.
