SIOP Manager (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: East Syracuse, NY, USA; onsite

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus a target 10% profit-sharing bonus and 401(k) match of up to 8%. A relocation package may be available for qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Own the ISS Division’s end-to-end SIOP strategy and monthly planning cycle, including demand, supply, inventory, pre-SIOP, and executive reviews.
• Lead demand planning and statistical forecasting across product families, incorporating input from Sales and Product Management.
• Translate demand plans into 12–18-month supply, capacity, and constraint models, identifying risks and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate supply capability, intercompany planning, procurement, materials, and short-term S&OE priorities across global sites.
• Prepare executive recommendations on demand outlook, supply gaps, revenue risk, inventory trajectory, and business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, planning tools, KPI reporting, and continuous improvements for SIOP governance and demand sensing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, S&OP/SIOP, or supply chain planning within manufacturing.
• Ownership of the full SIOP cycle, including executive-level facilitation and cross-functional planning.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory, supply planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting insights with reporting or BI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, IBP, APO, or similar planning systems.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• APICS, IBF, or similar certification.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, precision instruments, medical devices, analytical technology, aerospace/defense, or other complex manufacturing environments.
