Location: Greenville, Texas, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00. The role is plant-based and requires 10–20% travel to support sites and projects.

What you will do
- Manage purchasing, warehousing, inventory cycle counting, and the production capacity plan for the plant’s origination area.
- Analyze forecast, usage, historical, capacity, production-speed, and lead-time data to plan for volume changes.
- Monitor plant schedules, MRP results, purchased components, inventory, and open backlog to optimize availability and shipping attainment.
- Determine inventory levels, coordinate with vendors and the Master Scheduler, and develop outsourcing or network-balancing alternatives.
- Support production-flow optimization and move work across plants and assets to balance capacity.
- Drive continuous process improvement and maintain cycle-count accuracy and schedule attainment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or production scheduling required; 5–7 years desired.
- Basic understanding of MRP, material master settings, and SAP; SAP knowledge is highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, analytical problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, multitasking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability outside normal business hours when needed.
