What you will do
- Lead and coordinate S&OP activities across assigned manufacturing sites.
- Balance demand and supply, oversee production planning, and align plans with inventory targets and customer demand.
- Analyze and resolve issues affecting service, cost, production, purchasing, and capacity.
- Own inventory performance and optimize warehousing, distribution, and cost-to-serve across the multi-site scope.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, commercial, customer service, quality, R&D, and HSE stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement, process harmonization, standardization, and compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience covering planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end logistics.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and the ability to use system data for planning and performance management.
- Leadership and influencing experience in matrixed organizations, with strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Global or multi-regional supply chain experience.
- Experience with complex production, capacity, and inventory constraints.
