Privacy, AI & Compliance Program Manager

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; onsite at the Wilmington office

Salary: $126,067–$196,980 annually, plus a 14% annual bonus target

What you will do

• Design, implement, and mature global privacy and AI governance programs covering responsible AI use, regulatory compliance, Ethics & Compliance, ERM, and Trade Compliance.
• Translate regulatory requirements, enforcement trends, and industry practices into scalable policies, procedures, and controls.
• Integrate privacy-by-design and responsible AI principles with sanctions screening and anti-corruption due diligence.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, Data Enablement, IT, Cybersecurity, HR, Security, Trade Compliance, Procurement, and Sales.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports for privacy, AI governance, sanctions compliance, and distributor risks.
• Present risks, trends, and recommendations to senior leaders and the executive-level Compliance Committee, and identify tools for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Privacy Professional licensure, such as CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent.
• Significant experience building, operating, and improving compliance or risk programs.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, or advanced data and technology risk, with fluency in emerging technologies.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work at the Wilmington, Delaware office and authorization to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
