What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve the global compliance and ethics program.
• Oversee export controls, trade compliance, anti-corruption, privacy, and sanctions.
• Develop and implement policies, training programs, and internal controls to ensure legal adherence.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and regulatory risks across global operations.
• Manage third-party due diligence, supplier compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
• Direct compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, and corrective action initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in export controls, trade compliance, or regulatory risk management.
• Experience supporting a global manufacturing organization.
• Proven knowledge of anti-corruption regulations, sanctions, and policy governance.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under U.S. export control regulations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, aerospace, defense, or automotive industries.
