Compliance & Contract Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Exton, Pennsylvania, USA

Company

Develops and manufactures customized mills, mixers, and dispersers for chemical, mineral, food, battery materials, and other industrial applications.

What you will do

• Advise Sales and business stakeholders on contractual matters, negotiate domestic and international commercial agreements, and manage contractual risks and obligations.
• Develop strategies for contractual claims, change orders, damages, and liquidated damages.
• Draft and improve contract templates with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain compliance and risk management systems, policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessments, control reviews, internal assessments, audits, and compliance investigations.
• Prepare governance reports and deliver global compliance training while collaborating with Legal, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, IT, Quality Management, and operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Legal, Corporate Governance, or a related function.
• Experience in contract management within mechanical and plant engineering or a comparable industrial sector.
• Knowledge of anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, supply chain due diligence, data privacy, antitrust, export controls, and whistleblower programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and professional judgment skills.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Experience in an international industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience with compliance, risk, governance, or audit management software.
