Salesforce MFG Principal

Location: 100% remote; ability to attend prospective client sales meetings and proposal presentations onsite, with up to 25% travel.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually or the hourly equivalent.

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales solutioning by gathering and validating client requirements across Salesforce products and complex integrations.
• Facilitate design, consulting, and requirements-gathering sessions with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend strategic solution approaches.
• Estimate delivery efforts, recommend team structures, and define resource mixes for successful outcomes.
• Oversee Salesforce solution architecture and build activities while supporting project teams.
• Manage sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer, escalations, additional engagements, and managed-services opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce certifications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Consultant, Manufacturing Cloud, and Field Service Consultant.
• Experience across the full systems development lifecycle for Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills for business and technical audiences; willingness to attend client meetings onsite and travel up to 25%.
