TL;DR

Principal Salesforce Architect (Salesforce/Enterprise Architecture): Designing and governing enterprise Salesforce solutions, domain taxonomies, integration strategies, and transformation roadmaps for a healthcare technology platform with an accent on scalability, security, data integrity, and business-technology alignment. Focus on architecting complex Product-to-Cash implementations, integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, and driving architecture standards across the organization.

Location: Remote within Canada, with occasional travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.

Salary: CAD 153,000–170,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Execute the enterprise architecture vision and develop technical standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and decision frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead the architecture and technical delivery of Salesforce custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Manage architecture reviews, assessments, gap analyses, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with data, integration, solution, and domain architects to ensure aligned technology and information flows.
• Collaborate with business leaders on capability modeling and foster continuous improvement within the architecture discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior domain architect or senior enterprise architect, including 5 years of hands-on enterprise architecture framework experience.
• Experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect in a global organization using Salesforce Connected Apps and complex B2B SaaS solutions.
• At least two large-scale Product-to-Cash implementations led from design through go-live, covering CPQ, contracting, fulfillment, billing, revenue, customer success, and support.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and clouds, enterprise integration, data architecture, security architecture, and technology standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Experience with Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics, or similar managed packages.
• Knowledge of generative AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot and current generative AI model capabilities.
