TL;DR
Principal Salesforce Architect (Salesforce/Enterprise Architecture): Designing and delivering complex Salesforce B2B SaaS solutions and enterprise architecture frameworks with an accent on Product-to-Cash implementations, platform integrations, data migration, and business capability modeling. Focus on aligning Salesforce and cross-platform solutions with enterprise standards, security, scalability, reliability, and long-term technology roadmaps.
Location: Remote in Canada; travel to in-office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City is required
Salary: CAD 153,000–170,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits

What you will do
- Execute the strategic vision for the enterprise architecture practice and guide technology adoption.
- Develop technical standards, reference architectures, design patterns, opinion papers, and architecture decision frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration within Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct architecture reviews, assessments, gap analyses, proof-of-concepts, and roadmap development.
- Partner with data, integration, solution, and business architects to align technology capabilities with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a senior domain architect or senior enterprise architect.
- Experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect in a global organization working with Salesforce Connected Apps.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
- At least two large-scale Product-to-Cash implementations from design through go-live, with 5+ years defining Salesforce architecture across quoting, contracting, fulfillment, billing, revenue, customer success, and customer support.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, security architecture, data and integration architecture, and business capability modeling.
Nice to have
- Experience with managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics, or similar enterprise applications.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
- Experience with generative AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot and current generative AI models.
