Solution Architect (Salesforce Service Cloud Voice)

Location: Remote within specified U.S. states: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Washington, DC. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Candidates outside these states are not eligible. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, commissions, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture for Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect implementations.
• Drive pre-sales and engagement architecture, including solution design, feasibility validation, and technical proposal development.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, technical documents, data models, and process designs.
• Design integrations between Salesforce products and client architectures while aligning business strategy with technology direction.
• Define and enforce architecture, development, programming, quality, security, performance, scalability, and availability standards.
• Guide technical consultants, support project managers, mentor teams, and oversee solution development and configuration quality.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
• 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2 years architecting Salesforce solutions and experience with enterprise architecture.
• Mandatory Salesforce Developer, Consultant, and Architect certifications.
• Extensive pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture experience across multiple Salesforce Cloud products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
• Experience with integration and security design, technical documentation, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Agile project environments.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
